一、产品概述
UNF-5的提纯产品,具有非引气、超塑化、高效减水和增强等功能。特点:低碱、低硫酸钠、高纯度。产品对水泥适应性强,掺量少,使用方便,特别适合于有高效减水和增强要求的流态混凝土、蒸养混凝土,也可用作复合混凝土外加剂的母体材料。

四、主要性能
1、高效减水。其减水率达25%以上。超塑化,能有效增大混凝土的流动性,减少泌水和离析,从而改善混凝土的和易性,便于施工、易于密实。
2、增强效果好。在胶凝材料用量相同的条件下,掺高效减水剂的混凝土1d、3d、7d和28d抗压强度较同期基准混凝土可提高50~110%、40~90%、40~70%和20~40%。
3、产品适应性强,产品适应于各种规格、型号的水泥。产品与其它外加剂相容性好,与膨胀剂、引气剂等外加剂及粉煤灰等活性掺合料相配合,功能相互补充、相互激发。
4、凝结时间适宜。产品对水泥的初、终凝时间影响很小,其凝结时间差一般在1h之内。
5、产品硫酸钠含量低,配成液体在冬季无结晶,解决了在冬季混凝土制造中因硫酸钠结晶而造成管道堵塞的难题,为冬季混凝土施工提供了便利;与缓凝组分复合后,混凝土坍落度经时损失小。
6、产品安全性能好。无毒、无刺激性和放射性,不含对钢筋有锈蚀危害的物质;不易燃易爆,属非危险品。
7、耐久性好。产品能有效改善混凝土的孔结构,从而大幅度提高混凝土的抗渗、抗碳化和抗冻融等耐久性能指标。
8、使用方便。产品既可以直接使用,亦可以先溶解于水,配成溶液型外加剂使用,适用各种施工环境或搅拌机型的要求。
五、适用范围
可用于日最低气温0℃以上施工的混凝土,并适用于制备大流动性混凝土,高强混凝土以及蒸养混凝土。掺高效减水剂的混凝土采用蒸汽养护时,混凝土应具有必要的结构强度才能升温,蒸养制度应通过试验确定。产品广泛应用于各种现浇混凝土工程及预制混凝土制品。特别适合于作为母体用以复合各种类型的混凝土外加剂。
六、使用方法及掺量
1、常用掺量为水泥质量的0.4~1.0%。
2、若直接使用粉体,则应与水泥一同投入,切勿直接加在湿的砂、石表面;若配成溶液,则应溶解充分,搅拌均匀。
七、包装、贮存和运输
1、粉剂采用有塑料袋衬里的编织袋包装,每袋净含量25~30kg。
2、本剂易溶于水,所以在运输和贮存时切勿破袋,并严格防潮。如有受潮结块,应粉碎并通过0.63mm的筛后方可使用。
3、本剂长期保存不会变质。

  FDN type water –reducing agent is an anion surface active agent based on polyalkyaryl-sulfonate.Having a strong dispersion effect on cement, it is a kind of highly effective, low air-entrained water-reducing agent with dffective water reduction and low air-entrainment.

Charanteristics

1 、 Main technical properties of the product such as poly-merization degree, surface tons on ,net cement paste fluidity, water reduction rate and improvement of work ility of concrete, etc. Can will be compared with the current products of the same type on the interna-tional market.

2 、 Addition of 0.5~1.0% FDN type waten-reaneing agent (powdered) into concrete by weight of cement can reduce 15~25% of mixing water with very little entradned air, thus increasing the compressive strength of the concrete by 25~75% for 3 days and by 15~40% for 28 days , Its tensils strength, bending strength, modulus of elasticity and reinforcement bond can correspond dingly be raised as well.

3 、 The product contains no chloride, therefore no corrosion effect will be exercised on steel reinforcement.

4 、 The product has no apparent influence on the setting time of the concrete, and excess of additives will not incur any retardation either.

Scope of Application:

1 、 Fit for preparation of early strength concrete, high strength concrete, high-impermeability concrete, self-compaction concrete and for preparation of the concrete with its class corresponding to that of the cement used.

2 、 Can be widely applicable to naturally cured concrete and steam cured concrete, reinforced concrete and prestress-ed reinforced concrete.

3 、 Fit for preparation of self-flowing grouting materials.

4 、 Can also be taken as a teahnical measure to economize cement in concrete construction.

Method of application:

  Water should first be added to either liquid or powdered products, so as to obtain required consistency, and then admix them into the concrete with exact dosage.

Amount of Admixture:

  Appropriate dosage of admixture is 0.5~1.0% (powdered) by weight of cement.

1 、适宜于配制早强、高强混凝土、高抗渗混凝土、自密实混凝土、泵送混凝土以及配制与水泥同标号的混凝土。

2 、可广泛适用于自然养护及蒸汽养护的混凝土、钢筋混凝土及予应力钢筋混凝土。

3 、适宜于配制自流灌浆材料。 
4 、减水剂对水泥浆体流变性能的影响在于使浆体屈服应力和粘性系数降低,其本质是减水剂的分散作用破坏了浆体中水泥的絮凝结构。

5 、所有实验证明:由于水泥颗粒表面吸附减水剂,使表面 Zete 电位升高,双电层斥力增加而造成分散作用。但是,其他作用如位阻效应等,也在一定程度上起作用。
